ACT/SAT PREPARATION COURSEFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSHow is the ACT/SAT preparation course different from the ACT preparation course? The majority of the students in the Midwest will prepare for just the ACT. In doing so, the student will have reviewed the main skills necessary to perform well on the SAT also. Students who are intentionally preparing for the SAT therefore attend the same course as ACT-prep students but stay an additional 30 minutes in order to go over the main distinctions in the format of the two tests and to practice taking the SAT. The price of the ACT/SAT preparation course is slightly higher to account for the extra half hour of instruction and the practice SAT testing materials.
