ACT/SAT PREPARATION COURSE

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What other skills will the students develop that are not taught in other courses?

The critical thinking skills and study habits that we teach will have an incredible impact on the student's life and stimulate learning for many years after the college entrance exams have passed. While preparing for the college entrance exams, the student will develop academic skills such as reading faster and achieving better comprehension, apply techniques for dynamic writing, and review the rules for correct English usage and punctuation along with crucial math concepts and formulas. The student will also improve his/her critical thinking skills such as getting the main idea of a passage, drawing conclusions and making predictions, and using context clues to learn the meaning of new vocabulary words. In addition, the student will develop strong study skills such as anxiety-free test taking, long-term memorization, setting goals, and effective time management.
